Slope Formula
The slope of a line measures its steepness. It's calculated as the change in y divided by the change in x between two points.
Formulas Used
- Slope: m = (yโ - yโ) / (xโ - xโ)
- Distance: d = โ[(xโ - xโ)ยฒ + (yโ - yโ)ยฒ]
- Midpoint: M = ((xโ + xโ)/2, (yโ + yโ)/2)
- Line Equation: y = mx + b
